Full architectural services provided for Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development to Construction Documents and Construction Administration.  WCGS Architects coordinated with client throughout Design Phase to ensure budget / schedule constraints were met. Construction Scope included the construction of a temporary servery/kitchen to serve the occupied building during the renovation of the existing approximately 6,000 square foot servery and kitchen and dining areas. Design and construction included the detail and fabrication of specialty millwork components for food service equipment. 

WCGS Architects used 3D computer software to evaluate various interior design options and space configurations.  Utilizing our firms profile of kitchen servery renovations along with feedback and assistance from Food Service Vendor, the WCGS Team was able to establish a basic renovation concept with the college and then to quickly develop design scenarios that allowed the client to better visualize the proposed space.
