In 2005 Williams College undertook a complete interior renovation of the 1920 circa craftsman style building into a new Residence Hall. The project included new energy-saving replacement windows, updated and expanded bathing facilities, new mechanical, electrical, CATV, and telecommunications within each unit. Additionally, expanded parking, a new accessible entrance, a fully equipped country kitchen, and a great room serve residents and returning alumni for special events. Student amenities include dedicated study rooms, laundry, game room, and a home theatre sized community flat screen television.
