Located in Albany’s Historic District, the 13 story, 500,000 square foot office building houses the Department of Environmental Conservations 1,800 staff with a 500-car parking garage. The facility features an animal laboratory, television studio, public assembly conference spaces, state-of-the-art open plan workspaces and a 7,200 square foot network control center. This project was the First LEED Certified Green Building in the State of New York.
